We have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring senior leader to transform the future of the curriculum at KS3 to equip students for the future. We consider this to be a pivotal role across the school which will ensure that we equip all our students with the skills and qualities to flourish in all aspects of school life and beyond. Our new Director of KS3 Learning will oversee significant changes and improvements to our work around the curriculum and development of Teaching and Learning at KS3. They will continue to lead, develop and refine the exciting new skills based Westgate 6 Curriculum for year 7 to support transition and provide a foundation for students to thrive. The opportunity to further transform and develop this curriculum beyond year 7 provides the candidate a unique and exciting challenge.
