Director of Learning and Standards – Geography (Head of Department)

MPS/UPS plus TLR 

RSA Academy, Tipton

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced teacher to lead our Geography department to greater success. You will be joining a team of teachers, supported by the Trust Lead Practitioner for Geography. We are a growing school and we are looking to build capacity within our team. Geography is taught at all key stages 3 -5 and experience teaching KS5 would be desirable.

You will be joining a happy school with a passion for improving life chances. All teachers have personalised professional development pathways, designed to match your career stage and aspirations. As part of the Central RSA Academies Trust, there are opportunities to work on developing Trust-wide priorities.
