We are seeking to appoint a passionate innovative Director of Learning to join our school.
In addition to your teaching responsibilities the Director of Learning will be responsible for the learning and achievement of all students in the year group, in line with the school Anglican values and ethos.
The DOL will work closely with the SLT, Heads of Department and other teachers and pastoral staff in every subject area to ensure that the programme of study for each student is appropriate to their ability and to encourage each child to achieve the highest level possible.
This is a pivotal role that aims at driving attainment, achievement and personal development of students across a year group and is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher looking to step into a middle leader position.
