Do you have the drive, ambition, energy and commitment to join the Principal and the Leadership Team in leading Brightstowe Academy to outstanding?

Oasis Academy Brightstowe is looking for an exceptional individual to join the leadership team as Director of Learning of Mathematics. This is a newly created position with the successful candidate starting in in February 2017, however, we will consider a delayed start of September 2017 for the right candidate if required.

This position demands an outstanding individual with a fundamental and unshakeable belief in human potential. As Director, you will work as part of our Leadership Team to drive forward improvements and progress in Mathematics. You will drive forward the quality of Mathematics teaching provision, the standards of attainment and achievement at Key Stage 3 and 4.

As this role is essential to the success of the Academy, we are looking for a candidate with the ability to motivate and inspire staff, students and the community, and then support and challenge them to achieve outstanding outcomes. This is an amazing opportunity to bring your experience, innovation and creativity, professionalism and strategic leadership to a secondary academy that is embarking on an exciting journey from good to outstanding.
