The successful candidate for this post:   

  • will take the lead on managing all aspects of student wellbeing in Year 7 
  • will track academic performance of their students to ensure each child is making at least expected progress
  • will provide a smooth transition for students from Primary to Secondary School 
  • will support students who need help to overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside the school 
  • will be passionate about working in partnership with all stakeholders  
  • has highly developed interpersonal skills with young people 
  • will be self-motivated and have a keen eye for detail 
  • has a positive, can do attitude with colleagues and students 
  • believes in the right of every student to fulfil their potential 
  • has excellent interpersonal skills and is a real team player
