Director of Marketing and Admissions 

Chigwell School is seeking to appoint a Director of Marketing & Admissions to lead, develop and deliver outstanding marketing communications and pupil recruitment and retention strategies. An exciting opportunity looking forward to the 400th anniversary of the founding of the School, this position will play a significant role to its ongoing success. 

The role will be suited to an experienced marketing professional coming either from industry or from within the independent education sector and able to deliver a full range of activities relating to advertising, branding, media relations, PR and social media. 

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and confident team player, highly numerate with excellent planning, organisation and administrative skills, and with the ability to lead and build effective relationships with people at all levels within the School and in a wide range of organisations. It is also expected that they will have a recognised qualification in marketing and be educated to degree level.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the whole school, working on the promotion of key aspects of the school’s outstanding educational provision and raising the school’s reputation, presence and profile locally, nationally and overseas.
