Reporting to the Head, and a member of the Extended Leadership Team, the post holder will provide inspiring and strategic leadership of Frensham’s Marketing and Admissions activities across the school. This role is crucial in supporting the delivery of our new strategic ambitions incorporating the school’s vision, mission, aims and values, to strengthen the school’s distinctive brand, increase its national and international reach, realise student recruitment targets and deliver a customer-focused application journey.
This is a high-profile and exciting leadership position suited to a senior commercial marketing professional who can demonstrate established and effective leadership skills, combined with an extensive marketing, communications or a marketing-led sales background featuring an international aspect. “Pupils’ attitudes to learning are almost always positive, and in many cases, extremely so. Pupils are attentive to their teachers and to each other, as they respond to teachers’ questions or take part in classroom debates. By the time they leave the school, almost all pupils gain qualifications and skills which show that they are well prepared for the next stage of their education and for their future careers”.
