Capital City College Group (CCCG), London's largest College group, are looking to appoint a Director of Marketing and Communications. Working across the group, which includes three FE Colleges and a Commercial Training arm, this is a key strategic hire for the organisation.
About the role
As the strategic lead for all Marketing & Communications activities, you
will maintain a unique voice for the individual colleges within the group, ensuring all brands are synonymous with excellence and quality whilst keeping the cross-group tone of voice consistent. A broad curriculum across the group will drive targeted student recruitment campaigns, ensuring the colleges teaching and learning offering is reaching as many learner profiles as it potentially can. With a rich history of prominent students, staff and supporters alike, positive and proactive PR and communications will be central to delivering this role successfully.
About the person
We are looking for an ambitious Marketing & Communications professional that understands the complexities of Further Education, and the key part the sector has to plays in society. Currently, or recently, working at senior management capacity with experience of managing large multi-disciplined teams, you will be looking for a step up to a group level role with the autonomy and accountability to deliver the roles objectives. You should be able to manage and influence key stakeholders both within, and outside the organisation, positively representing the organisation in everything you do. Teaching, learning and student outcomes are central to everything we do - it's why we exist. You will find new, modern and innovative ways to promote the colleges voice to past, present and future students, parents and communities.
