Director of Mathematics 

Pay grade L7 – L11 (£45,743 - £50,476) / Starting salary to be negotiated based on experience

Job Start: January 2018  

Staffordshire University Academy are seeking to appoint an innovative, ambitious, enthusiastic and proactive Director of Mathematics across the academy to lead the development of teaching, learning, achievement and aspiration in mathematics.  The successful candidate will be able to lead and build on the strengths within the department whilst continuing the progress being made in this vital curriculum area.    

Applicants must have a degree or equivalent in mathematics and have at least 2 years experience of middle leadership of mathematics in a mainstream school.
