New Collaborative Learning Trust seeks an exceptional individual to join our team as the Director of Maths. This role demands an innovative, dynamic, and passionate leader with a proven track record of success in managing a Mathematics department within a secondary school.

The successful candidate will enjoy a genuine leadership opportunity, with significant autonomy to innovate and design systems that deliver the high standards expected of the role.  As Director of Maths, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of education across our Trust's secondary schools, including Wingfield Academy, Brinsworth Academy, and Dinnington High School.  Brinsworth and Dinnington High are 11-18 schools with internal post-16 provision including A level Mathematics and GCSE Mathematics re-sit. Further Mathematics is also offered.

While primarily based at one of our secondary schools to fulfil your teaching commitments, you will be expected to travel regularly between all three schools (Brinsworth Academy (S60 5EJ), Dinnington High School (S25 2NZ) or Wingfield Academy (S61 4AU)).

Brinsworth Academy is a 2022 Ofsted "Good" 11-18 academy, situated near Rotherham in South Yorkshire. There are 1,435 students on the academy roll, including over 200 students in the sixth form. It gained academy status in October 2010 and is part of the LEAP Multi-Academy Trust. It also has a specialism in science.
