Director of Operations

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and pro-active Director of Operations to join our Executive Team, reporting directly to the CEO.

You will lead our operational delivery for the Trust across our 34 academies, with responsibility for Estates, Maintenance, Catering, Capital Investments and School Administration.

You will play a key role in developing the Operations functions within the Trust, through transformational change and strategic alignment, ensuring that we deliver operational excellence in our academies and in the Trust’s core team.

You will also be part of the Executive Team, contributing to the strategic leadership and management of the Trust, ensuring that all actions and processes support the Trust's objectives to transform the academies and the outcomes of the students we serve.

To be successful, you will have:

A commercial outlook that can be integrated into the education sector

Exceptional communication skills, and strong networking skills

You will be a results-orientated, highly collaborative systems-thinker, with a proven track record in delivering major programmes

Organisation change management experience

You will be an individual who works well under pressure and is determined and is able to influence at all levels
