The African Leadership Academy is entering a new stage in our development as we implement our new strategy, ALA 2026. Offering the unique ALA Diploma which is an exciting blend of Cambridge A levels, Entrepreneurial Leadership, Writing and Rhetoric, and African Studies we are committed to becoming a school to change the world. We are looking to fill our school with vibrant and enthusiastic educators ready for a challenge.

As the Director of Pastoral Care you will have a key role in developing an exciting pastoral and co-curricular program for students ensuring their holistic development in a safe and welcoming environment.
