The Director of PA will be a teacher of music on a reduced schedule
Lead and manage all performing arts events

Decision relating to developments needed, together with the implications for staffing and resources
Priorities and goals within the subject improvement plan, which must complement the College Development Plan
Monitoring the quality of learning and teaching within the subject area
Communication within the subject area
The leadership and development of staff, and assistants and technicians supporting the subject area
Assuring vertical planning takes place across the College.
