The EBacc Faculty, which incorporates History and Geography as well as Modern Foreign Languages is one of six faculty areas led by Directors of Progress, all of whom are members of the school’s Extended Leadership Team.
As such, this is a pivotal role in school and it is envisaged that the post holder will play a key role in shaping and developing the curriculum in order to engage and motivate all pupils and improve overall outcomes. The role will involve the direct leadership of MFL (working as part of a team of three) and the oversight and line management of the subject leaders of History and Geography.
The post provides a great opportunity for a talented teacher of MFL to advance their own career and professional development, and to join a forward-looking school at an exciting time in its development.
Anyone interested in applying for the post is strongly encouraged to come to Tibshelf Community School to have a look round and informally meet staff and pupils. Please contact Mrs Bev Wright, HR Manager on ext. 631 or email email@example.com to arrange a visit.
We hope that what we are aspiring to do here will enthuse and excite you too.
We look forward to meeting you.
Tibshelf Community School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
