As Director of Qualifications & Educational Support you will take up the role at an exciting time, being a key member of the senior management team. You will lead a newly integrated Directorate that has a diverse and challenging portfolio of responsibilities, providing strategic direction in relation to qualifications development, provision of educational resources, CPD and the work of our language services team. You will lead and motivate a large multidisciplinary team, inspiring them to deliver the highest standards of service to WJEC customers, and ensuring that the organisation is responsive and flexible to ever-changing demands.
