The Director of Qualifications & Educational Support is a key member of the senior management team, leading a recently integrated Directorate that has a diverse and challenging portfolio of responsibilities. The role provides strategic direction in relation to qualifications development, provision of educational resources, CPD and the work of our language services team.
Suitable candidates will have a track record of strategic leadership, a sound understanding of curriculum and qualifications, combined with proven experience of leading people, building relationships and identifying opportunities for market growth. The post requires fluent Welsh language skills.
