AISL the holding company of Harrow International Schools, the Harrow Innovation Leadership Academies and Harrow Little Lions Early Years Centres, is now seeking an inspiring educationalist for the newly created role of Director of Quality Assurance and Pedagogy.

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to AISL’s Director of Education, Sian Carr, the appointee will be a critical member of an expanding education team.  This is an exciting opportunity to shape the educational priorities of a leading global schools group as it enters a bold new phase in its development with significant scope for continued personal and professional development.  

The successful candidate will be a visionary leader and strategic thinker with deep knowledge of, and insight into, educational developments globally.  S/he will possess substantial experience of engendering high-quality teaching and learning, as well as in establishing strong evaluation and quality assurance principles and processes within and across educational institutions.  The flexibility and collegial ability to work well across a breadth of stakeholders are essential.
