The Governing Body and Principal at Eltham Hill School are seeking to appoint an inspirational, highly motivated and aspirational leader to join our Leadership Group as our Director of Resources.  The successful candidate will need to have the vision and drive to lead the further development of operational services to raise standards across the school. 

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Leadership Group overseeing the management of the schools financial resources and having a strategic overview of facilities and infrastructure, marketing, catering, human resources, compliance and health & safety.   The successful candidate will work closely with a range of middle leaders and staff teams to ensure the schools vision of Excellence, Happiness and Success is realised for the wider school community.
