This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious leader of education to join the Executive  Management Team of a large Multi-Academy Trust with sites across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire from September 2020.

We are seeking an inspirational and innovative leader who will take full advantage of this chance to be part of our growing Trust, building on our established reputation for effective school improvement and developing new ways of working with our increasing number of schools. 


We are looking for someone who:

• Is an outstanding leader with proven experience of accelerating progress and raising standards for young people;

• Is experienced at secondary senior leadership level with the ability to communicate a clear vision;

• Can effectively evaluate a school’s performance, can identify appropriate intervention strategies to enhance school standards and is able to monitor and evaluate progress over time;

• Can utilise a variety of leadership approaches which will allow you to influence a range of senior leaders, with the focus to ensure successful outcomes for young people are reached;

• Has the ability to work as part of a forward-looking strategic team and can inspire others and lead and sustain complex changes across a wide variety of secondary schools
