Interviews             As applications received

The Collegiate Trust is looking to appoint a Director of School Improvement.

This post within our Central Education Team arises as a consequence of our growth and current needs. Initially for two terms, the successful candidate will provide additional senior leadership capacity at Quest Primary School, supporting the Head of School and Executive Principal to bring about the rapid improvements that are necessary there. The successful candidate will be an excellent primary teacher and leader, capable of developing strong classroom practice in others and with a clear understanding of how to accelerate pupil progress for all, including those with SEN. For a suitably strong candidate whose skills and experience match the needs of the Trust, this post could become permanent with the postholder gradually working across all of our primary schools, developing Teaching & Learning and supporting high quality SEN provision, in particular. We welcome applications from full-time or part-time applicants and those seeking either temporary or permanent roles.
