Director of Schools

Alpha Plus Group delivers an excellent educational provision to children aged between two-and-a-half and eighteen. The Group currently has twelve schools, three nurseries and three sixth form colleges in the UK, all of which operate under their own brands and deliver the highest quality of education. The schools are predominantly based in prime London locations, with a small number located beyond the capital.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Director of Schools will work closely with all Heads and Principals and take line management responsibility for all UK based schools, to ensure that high educational standards are maintained and further developed. This will be achieved through setting ambitious performance targets for the schools, mentoring and supporting the individual Heads and devising new strategies to further develop the Alpha Plus culture.

The Director of Schools will also be a member of the Senior Management Team and will contribute to the Group’s strategic business planning as well as devising strategies to support the Board’s growth targets.
