Salary:  £45,743- £50,476

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional colleague to the position of Director of Science who can lead and teach science across key stages 3 and 4 including GCSE, and support science development within the academy. 

If you have what it takes to be our next Director of Science, we would be delighted to hear from you. The position would suit an existing middle leader looking for a fresh challenge or an exceptional colleague wanting to take their first step into middle leadership.

You may come from either a mainstream or special/alternative provision, and are confident to deliver high quality teaching and learning within the AP setting. As a Director of Science, you will be working with vulnerable and disenfranchised pupils and be able to impact significantly on their personal growth and well-being and go beyond teaching your subject.
