We offer world class varied enrichment programmes unrivalled in the state sector. It covers sports, arts, music and personal development, encouraging all our young people to explore new areas, develop their passion and discover their talent. In 2016/17 we had 154,707 student visits to sports or enrichment sessions or fixtures.
88% of primary school children now attend a school that has been rated Good or Outstanding since joining the Trust in comparison to 32% on conversion.
Over three-quarters of the Trust’s secondary schools that have been inspected since joining the Trust are also now ranked Good or Outstanding.

We are seeking for an inspirational and experienced Educational Leader, who is exceptionally creative and driven to deliver and implement the Trust’s Education Strategy.
You will possess a strong grasp of the current educational landscape, including keeping on top of latest trends and innovation in the enhancement of education provision, both in the classroom and outside it.
A successful senior educational leader with a strong track record in delivering strategic and operational excellence, you will have experience of raising standards, both as a Head Teacher/Principal and in a wider leadership role, most likely within a multi-academy trust structure.
Your leadership style, commitment and drive will inspire and motivate your team to deliver their goals and continuously raise standards, in pursuit of World Class educational excellence across all our academies.
Based in the picturesque market town of Grantham, you will have the opportunity to work across a geographically and demographically diverse network of academies.
