We are seeking an inspirational, strategically focussed school leader with a proven track record in successfully improving schools to help us realise our vision of being one organisation where our pupils’ and students’ achievements always come first.
We are the largest Multi Academy Trust in Cumbria and continue to grow. We embrace working collaboratively and in partnership inside and outside of the Trust to transform the life chances of our young people and support their families to enable this.
The Director of Secondary Improvement will provide inspirational leadership and be accountable for strategic development, improvement, performance and quality in order to:
- Give every secondary student a high-quality education, raising achievement to enable each student to improve their life chances and drive aspirations.
- Secure the long-term success of the secondary schools by maximising potential through the skills and resources available across the Trust.
- Build and develop leadership capacity.
- Promote the growth of the Trust.
