DIRECTOR OF SIXTH FORM

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and innovative Director of Sixth Form who will contribute to the work of both Sixth Form Colleges within WFCG but be based at Windsor College. The successful candidate will be an inspirational member of staff with a strong commitment to aspirational teaching and learning and delivering excellence, looking to join an ambitious team who are focused on securing an outstanding provision for our students.

We have a committed, talented team of staff who work exceptionally hard to ensure the success and enjoyment of all of our students and we are looking for someone with strong leadership skills to help build on our achievements and contribute to the further development of the Sixth Form provision. The successful candidate will be a dedicated, hardworking professional with a positive, solution-focused outlook who is able to take the lead on key initiatives including the development of work experience.

Contract type: Permanent role

Salary: Up to £50,500, depending on qualifications, skills and experience
