Mount House School is a co-ed school with a burgeoning reputation in North London. Educating pupils between the ages of 11 – 18 it is in a period of growth and change – a very exciting time. Situated on a beautiful small campus, in Monken Hadley near Barnet, the school is enjoying an increasingly high profile for its academic success, top of the Barnet A level performance tables 2019, and superb pastoral care.

The school is looking for an exceptional and experienced PE teacher who has some experience in a management role. The ideal candidate should be motivated to push forward the Mount House sport vision and strategy ensuring that it is centred on inclusivity, competition and achievement.

The candidate will also be responsible for managing the growth of the extra-curricular programme in the school. The expansion of both lunchtime and after school clubs and societies is a vital part of the school’s long-term strategy.

Strong communication, leadership and managements skills will be essential in this post as will determination to succeed in shaping the department at this crucial stage in the school’s history.
