We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and ambitious Director of Sport.  We would like to hear from passionate, kind, considerate and academically minded individuals with the enthusiasm, energy and experience to lead our highly effective team and relate to, and support, young people.

Whilst the role would suit someone with leadership experience, we are also keen to attract applicants whose experience may not, as yet, cover all aspects of the role. We will provide tailored mentoring and training to support the development of skills needed at this level.

This is a great opportunity for a talented individual to lead the School’s PE and Sports provision to ensure the success of every pupil at this exciting time of expansion and investment in both sports staffing and facilities. The successful candidate will develop and drive forward a strategic vision for participation and performance in sport across the Roedean Group of Schools. This role offers the scope for development and career enhancement.

Please download an application pack from our website or contact Louisa Butler, via  or 01273 667657.

Closing date: 9am, 15 March 2018.

Interviews will be held: 21 March 2018.

Roedean is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS check is required for all successful applicants.
