The Director of Sports and Academies will ensure that the sports programmes at St Christopher’s School exemplifies excellence, fairplay, and integrity, reflecting our commitment to holistic student development. We expect students to participate in sport from recreational level to the development of athletes who represent their country at national and international level in their chosen sport.
The successful applicant will direct and lead all aspects of sport in the school. This includes overseeing the main areas of sports events, our SPARTA Academy, all extra-curricular provision, facilities, resources and budget management.

Established in Bahrain, St Christopher's School is widely recognised as one of the world's top British schools overseas. It first opened in the grounds of St Christopher's Church in 1961. The School overcame the many challenges those early days presented; ever growing and ever developing and, in 1975, became independent of the Church with a number of companies acting as ‘Founders’; these ensured the continued advances that St Chris has made to become the excellent home of learning that it is today.
