We are seeking to recruit a creative and committed colleague to the post of Director of Student Care, Guidance and Progression.
Reporting to the Assistant Principal, you will lead a team of motivated professionals and work collaboratively with colleagues across the College to ensure excellent outcomes and progression for all our students.
Our collective aim is to prepare our students to face and relish the opportunities and challenges ahead, becoming thinking, questioning and caring members of society.
The role involves working in partnership with students, parents/carers and fellow professionals to address barriers to learning and to motivate and inspire students to aim high and fulfil their own potential as they progress into higher education or careers.

Long Road is a thriving, successful post 16 Sixth Form College with 2,400 students on roll, in post-16 studies. Conveniently located close to the M11 and A14, within easy reach of several areas of outstanding natural beauty and the Norfolk Suffolk coast, the college is set next to the Biomedical Campus in its own attractive grounds in the beautiful, thriving and expanding Bio/Technical city of Cambridge.
