We are looking for a forward-thinking, skilled and collegiate Director of Study Programmes. The successful candidate will have strategic and operational responsibility for study programmes at the college, including the strategic lead for T Levels. This role is pivotal in driving the quality and success of our 16-18 provision, which is a key strategic growth area for us.

The successful candidate will be an experienced practitioner with outstanding communication skills, embodying ambition, excitement and aspiration, and possessing a clear vision to drive further success for our students and the college.
