Windlesham School is a co-educational, independent day school with 170 pupils aged 3 – 11. Windlesham School serves a culturally diverse demographic and our teachers are committed to ensuring that children’s experience of school is enjoyable, engaging, challenging and rewarding. The governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and inspirational Director of Teaching and Learning to start in September 2019.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work alongside talented, supportive staff, a committed governing body and a determined Headmaster.

The Director of Teaching and Learning is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team whose role is to challenge and inspire colleagues, continually progress the curriculum and quality of teaching, and continue to secure excellent outcomes.
