Applications are invited for a Director of Teaching and Learning K-6 at coeducational Independent Primary School in Sydney’s Fairfield region. The school follows the Christian faith. About the Role:
• Full time permanent role commencing Term 1, 2022
• Non-teaching role
• Work with all staff to lead the Strategic Plan related to the innovation and improvement of the teaching and learning program of the Junior School
• Responsible for the improvement and innovation of the Academic Curriculum; Staff Mentoring & Coaching; Operations and Policy; and Community Relations
• Assists the Senior Executive (Principal and Deputy Principal) in the provision of educational leadership.
Selection Criteria:
• Be suitably qualified with an Education Teaching Degree (qualification
must be recognised in Australia)
• Be registered or have the ability to be registered NSW Working with
Children Check (WWCC)
• Ability to provide current and teaching related references from Middle
Management/Executive Leadership level (please note referees will not
be contacted until you have given permission and all applications are
treated confidential)
• Have the right to work in Australia
