Our Technical Theatre Arts and Production departments are providing unparalleled opportunities for young people seeking a career in the industry and its related technologies. For a number of years now the department have been producing the lighting designers, costume designers, sound engineers, stage managers and set designers of the future. The successful candidate may presently be working in a school or further or higher education institution or in production within industry. Many go straight into working industry whilst others into further education to prepare them further for the work they wish to do.

We are proud of our success but want to do more. Our ambitious students and staff are keen to innovate and push the boundaries. We are looking for a Director to take on this role and be able to continue the growth and exciting developments within these busy and thriving department. 

You will already have an outstanding track record of success in this field, you may be working in a school, further education establishment or in industry. This will allow you to establish your reputation both within and outside of the school. With a commitment to the highest standards, you will bring creativity and innovation alongside, a passion for creativity and technology, an inspirational leadership style and a strong team ethos.
