The States of Guernsey are looking to appoint a Director of Young People to join the team at The Guernsey Institute College.
Responsible and accountable for the operational and strategic management of the curriculum for young people and high-needs learners. To line manage staff within allocated curriculum delivery units, including allocating work and duties, performance management and wellbeing as part of the leadership team contributing to strategic planning, curriculum development, and performance improvement within The Guernsey Institute (TGI). The role will foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring world-leading excellence for young learners, employers and community stakeholders relevant to the progression and success of young TGI learners.

This role offers off-Island candidates an 8-year Long Term Employment Permit (see details below). This permit will also enable candidates to bring immediate family members with them who will be permitted to work on the Island in any sector.
