Who are we looking for?

CEG Digital have a new opening for a Part Time (15 hours per Week) remote Dissertation Coordinator to support the CEG Digital team by coordinating the dissertation supervision.

The Dissertation Coordinator is required to coordinate the dissertation process, and recruit and support dissertation supervisors, the role will entail a significant amount of coordination between different staff working on the Program at the university partner, including admissions and administrative staff, as well as module leads and the Program Director. The Coordinator will also be responsible for delivering the Dissertation module and managing the marking process.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collate dissertation outlines, review them, and allocate students to appropriate dissertation supervisors.
  • Ensure that there are sufficient supervisors for each new cohort of students (NB: there is a cap of 90 students per cohort, and there are two cohorts per academic year).
  • Liaise with the Centre Head to identify and recruit dissertation supervisors and develop a pool of supervisors.
