Domestic Services Manager

A vacancy will shortly be arising for a Domestic Services Manager to lead our team of 42 Domestic/Laundry/Domestic Maintenance Assistants in the delivery of high quality services across the College.  

The role will require excellent skills in team leadership and management, staffing arrangements, delivery of first class housekeeping services, departmental budget management, organisation and allocation of duties, record keeping and reporting, risk assessments, ordering goods and services, stock control, communication and use of IT.  

Experience in a similar role in the service sector and the ability to develop efficient working practices within a growing organisation will also be required. A competitive salary will be offered, dependent on qualifications and experience.
