The Perse Upper School is looking to appoint a Graduate Assistant  to work in the English and Drama department at The Perse Upper School, for a fixed period of 12 months during term time from 30th August 2021 to 28th August 2022 (the contract includes paid holiday).

The role is an exciting opportunity for a graduate considering a career in teaching or the theatre. The position will offer a comprehensive experience developing skills in a supportive and collegiate environment. The opportunity may lead to a full time teaching post or act as an excellent introduction to a PGCE course. Recent Graduate Assistants have gone on to secure full time permanent teaching posts. The role offers an amazing opportunity to learn alongside experienced English and Drama teachers and to direct productions in the stunning Peter Hall Performing Arts Centre.
