Radley College are seeking an outstanding graduate for a residence in the drama department. The successful candidate will recognise the importance of a creative curriculum in secondary education, and be visionary, motivated and highly organised.

The successful candidate will be a key figure in drama and performance activities across the boarding school. The role will provide an excellent opportunity for a drama graduate to gain significant experience in a professional standard theatre ahead of a career in acting, directing, teaching or the theatre industry. 

The primary responsibility is to support the Drama programme in the day-to-day life of the department, as well as other performance and drama partnership activities. The Graduate will be expected to be a self-starter and build on the existing co-curricular programme to reflect the demands of a performance career in today’s entertainment industry. 

Being a full-time boarding school there is also plenty of opportunity for the willing candidate to involve themselves in the extra-curricular life of the College.
