Prospect School is located near to the motorway network and has excellent public transport options, providing frequent and reliable access to the school, but is a pleasant, green and open site. Prospect is a successful 11-18 school with a strong focus on learning in all aspects of its work. There are 1350 students on roll, including 170 students in the Sixth Form. We are pleased to offer this exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and energetic teacher of Drama. The successful candidate will be passionate about their subject, dedicated to providing exceptional learning experiences in the classroom, and keen to contribute to wider aspects of school life. We require a good knowledge of the national curriculum. We are looking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher to join a successful and supportive team, who will be required to teach Drama at Key Stage 3 and 4. The Drama department is committed to providing high quality teaching and learning for all students and the post represents an ideal opportunity to work in a happy, friendly, positive environment. We offer an excellent induction and support programme for new and well established teachers. The school prides itself on a comprehensive staff development programme, focusing on excellent teaching and learning.
