I know that for someone wanting to advance in their teaching career whilst ensuring they get a sense of fulfilment, deciding on the right role and school is crucial - and it can also be more than a little daunting. With this in mind, I wanted to convey an honest and transparent account of who we are and what to expect – and what we expect in return.
