Salary: £17,300 (FTE)

Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
Kettering Science Academy is looking to appoint a motivated and hardworking Design Technology Technician. We are looking for a conscientious and creative Design Technology Technician who has a passion for the subject and can share their knowledge and expertise. The successful candidate will be committed to raising achievement in Design Technology through outstanding support and demonstration. In return we can offer you support from a forward looking team focused on developing exciting and engaging learning experiences for students across the 11-18 age range. The candidate will be suitably well qualified and/or have the experience required to add real value to the department.
We are looking for:
· A self-motivated technician who will use their initiative to contribute effectively to the work of the department
· A technician who is passionate about the subject and has the ability to think creatively
· A team member to is prepared to contribute across the whole department and engage actively with students activities and learning
