Catholic Education in the Diocese of Rockhampton invites applications for the full time 12 month contract position of E-Learning Project Officer.


This new position has been designed to provide support for the creation of online professional learning resources for all staff, inclusive of leaders, teachers and support staff across Catholic Education Diocese of Rockhampton.


The successful applicant will work with area specialists to design e−learning experiences that respond to the range of professional learning needs. The e-Learning Project Officer will combine a strong knowledge of current and emerging e-learning technologies, a good understanding of adult learning processes and project management skills to design high quality, relevant, accessible learning experiences. In addition to developing, implementing and maintaining training programs and online courses, the Project Officer will work with the ICT team on all technical aspects of implementation of e-learning software, including upgrades and enhancements. The role will involve both strategically planned projects and ad hoc requests from staff in relation to e-learning content and technical issues.
