This role is primarily non-academic, focusing on coordination, student support, staff training, and ensuring high-quality systems for language development. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a whole-school EAL framework during a period of growth. The successful candidate will take the lead in designing effective support structures for multilingual learners, collaborating closely with teachers, and ensuring that all students with additional language needs can thrive both academically and socially.
