EAL Specialist:

The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting EAL students working in the IB programmes. Experience with placement, assessment and tracking students’ progress is essential.  Experience with the IB Language Acquisition course would be advantageous.

• A good first degree in a relevant field.

• CELTA trained or similar EAL training.

• Able to support students in the classroom and guide teachers with scaffolding and differentiation of EAL students.

• Proven ability to design and programs that meet the needs of their pupils.

• Experience of working successfully in a multi-cultural environment.
