Millwood is an outstanding (OFSTED 2009, 2013, 2017) primary school for pupils who have significant additional educational needs including autism. The governors wish to appoint Two Early Years Class Teachers for a new class of very young pupils with autism. 

The salary for these posts is £22,467 to £38,250 (Teachers Pay Range) + 1 SEN Point.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent teaching skills and team leadership, a high level of organisation, creativity, resilience, and positive working relationships with parents, carers and professionals. All new staff are trained in safeguarding, behaviour support, and health and safety, and all staff follow a comprehensive training and professional development programme

You will receive a warm welcome from our staff community which places the child at the heart of everything we do. Pupils would like to appoint someone who is kind and caring, good at sharing, hard-working, polite, fun, and good at listening.
