We are currently seeking an Early Years Class Teacher. Early Years in Dulwich College Beijing prides itself on its child-centered, holistic approach for all children from our 18 month Toddlers to Year Two children. We are able to do this successfully by offering small class sizes of 21 children or less, a very high teacher to pupil ratio, with very generous support for a range of abilities. Teaching Assistants are of a very high standard and are all bilingual. Children here have a thirst for learning and behaviour is exemplary. Parents at our school are very supportive and respect and value teachers highly. Teachers have a very generous amount of planning and preparation time.
