Early Childhood Educator – Bilingual Early Years Setting

We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator to join our bilingual early years team at GlobalKids Rhein-Main in Mainz, Germany. The role involves working with children aged approximately 1–6 years in a high-quality, child-centred early years setting.

The successful candidate will support children’s holistic development through play-based learning, provide attentive and responsive care, and contribute to an inclusive and stimulating learning environment. Experience working in bilingual or international early years settings is highly desirable.

About GlobalKids Rhein-Main

GlobalKids Rhein-Main is a non-profit early years provider in the Rhine-Main region. In Mainz, we operate a newly established bilingual German-English daycare centre, providing high-quality early childhood education for children from 6 months to school age.

Our approach combines bilingual immersion, child-centred and play-based learning, strong relationships and individual support. We are a growing organisation and offer educators the opportunity to actively shape a modern, inclusive and international early years environment.
