We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Educator to join our fantastic team at Shoreditch Park Primary School. We are an Ofsted outstanding education provider in the heart of Hackney. The high achieving education offer has achieved both international and national recognition through programmes such as the UNICEF Rights Respecting accreditation; Flagship status for Excellence for Inclusion (IQM) and many other curriculum linked awards. The successful candidate will part of our outstanding Early Years team in a school that has a nursery and two reception classes. The successful candidate will support our teachers in taking an ASPIRE approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, maximising their achievement and ability to succeed.

This is a great opportunity for an Early Years Educator who is looking to continue their career in education and is motivated to inspire learning. Role Overview

We are looking for:

• A qualified practitioner who holds NNEB or equivalent,

• Experience of working with SEND,

• A passion for children’s learning and development,

• A willingness to try new things and to help develop new strategies in curriculum and assessment,

• A person who can develop their own practice through a coaching model,

• A person who has high aspirations for themselves and a commitment to further development.
