Crown lane is a vibrant, diverse community school on the Streatham Norwood border. We have a supportive staff and leadership team who are committed to ensuring the best opportunities and outcomes for our children. We are part of the WCL federation with Woodmansterne School.
We are looking for an excellent EYE with:
- Completion of Teaching Assistant programme of study to at least Level 3, e.g. NVQ3;
- Evidence of ongoing professional development; attendance on courses, INSET, action research, personal study etc;
- Educated to at least GCSE grade C standard or equivalent in English and maths;
- Computer literacy: ability to carry out a variety of general ICT tasks e.g. upload photographs;
- Work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and your own position within these;
- Displays commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children and young people, and has an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance in relation to working with, and the protection of, children and young people.
- Paediatric First Aid certificate, or willingness to take qualification.
