Our ethos centres on developing the whole child—academically, socially, and emotionally. We place high value on creativity, exploration, and building confidence, ensuring every child develops a love of learning from the very start. With a balance of structured teaching and child-led discovery, we encourage independence, resilience, and curiosity.

We strive for excellence in everything we do, from the quality of our teaching to the richness of the experiences we offer. Our dedicated team works collaboratively to create a stimulating and supportive environment where both children and staff can thrive.

We welcome applications from candidates who hold one of the following:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

You will also:

  • Have a genuine passion for early childhood education

  • Be dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

What We Offer

  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression

  • A strong emphasis on staff wellbeing

  • The chance to be part of a setting that truly values creativity, individuality, and holistic learning

  • Competitive salary, dependent on qualifications and experience
